IDEAL PLM, Summ Systems and Pro-STEP announce the merger of their business operations
IDEAL PLM (Ideal Product Data Oy, Finland), Summ Systems AB (Sweden, Norway, and Denmark) and Pro-STEP OÜ (Estonia) have announced today the merger of their business operations to further strengthen the position to deliver digital enterprise solutions to the manufacturing industries.
IDEAL PLM will merge with Summ Systems and Pro-STEP in a stock-for-stock exchange and the merged business will operate under the IDEAL PLM Group brand. The merged company will become the leading Siemens Digital Industries Software partner in the Nordic region and Baltic countries and its offering to customers includes industry-leading Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Industrial Internet solutions.
The merged business will provide unique value for industrial digital transformation in the manufacturing sector in the Nordic region and Baltic countries. Vantaa, Finland, November 5, 2019.
